BPSC 45th BCS circular to fill 2300 cadre positions and 1022 non-cadre positions has been published by the Bangladesh Public Service Commission (BPSC) for the upcoming Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS) examination. According to PSC officials, a meeting held at the PSC office in Agargaon on Wednesday finalized the number of postings for both cadre and non-cadre positions. The application period will run from December 10 through December 31.

BCS Recruited Cadres List

According to sources, a total of 2,309 persons would be recruited for 23 cadres. A total of 437 aspirants will be recruited for the education cadre, 274 for the admin, 80 for the police, 54 for the customs, 25 for the ansar, and 30 for the taxation cadres, and about 870 for the foreign, forest, rail, agriculture, and fisheries cadres.

The health cadre will have the most positions filled. There will be a recruitment of 539 doctors in total. Of them, 450 will be appointed as assistant surgeons and 89 as dental surgeons.

Conations of Application for 45 BCS Circular 2022

Candidates with an four year honours degree can apply to 45 BCS. Those who examine the Honours Final Year may also apply. Although, he or she may apply if the written exam is finished before the 45 BCS Circular Application deadline. In this situation, the candidate must obtain a Certificate from the department head or exam controller attesting to his or her participation in the final year written exam and submit it to BPSC after the BCS Written exam has been published.


Age Limit: For the general candidates, 21–30 years. However, the circular date range for Special Groups and the children of liberation fighters is 21–32 years.

Height and weight for Police and Ansar Cadres:

  • Male: Height-5’4″, weight- 54.54kg
  • Female: 5′, Weight- 45.45kg

Height and weight for other Cadres:

  • Male: Height-5′, weight- 45kg
  • Female: 4’10”, Weight- 40kg

BPSC Teletalk Application Method

To apply, an applicant must submit a payment receipt number online. Candidates must first pay the BCS teletalk application cost before filling out the online form. Candidates must pay the form fee via teletalk operator on their mobile device. Candidates will receive a PIN number from that official mobile number after paying the fee. And then fill out the form using that number.


Candidates should start by going to BCS’s official website. You might also go directly to bcs.teletalk.com.bd from this page. then submit a form similar to the one below.

  • You must first go to the official website, bpsc.teletalk.com.bd.
  • Choose the job based on your qualifications.
  • Enter your educational background.
  • Upload your signature and a 300 × 300 pixel color photo (300 x 80)
  • Type the applicant’s cellphone number in.
  • Carefully check all the information again.
  • Select “Submit” from the menu.
  • Finally, print the copy of the application.

Payment Process

You will receive an application USER ID after submitting the form. The application fee must then be paid using the ID. You can then obtain “User ID and Password”. Here is how to pay the application cost. Enter the following terms in the mobile messaging section.

  • 1st SMS: BCS <Space> User ID

You will receive a confirmation SMS from the provided number after you send the SMS. The second message must then be sent.
